It was a long, cold, wet, dark trip but we have made it to summer! Of course, the greatest thing about summer is the Little Lake County Playground Tour! I know, you were worried we were going to skip it?
Not a chance!
For the Sixth Year, we are going to take our Greatest Show on the road for four awesome stops at some of Lake County’s newest parks plus one special event. Grab the pencil and calendar and save these dates because you are not going to want to miss a single one!

Thanks to our friends at Pediatric Interactions & Therapeutic Links we’re packing up the trikes and taking them on the road for a playdate more fun than a barrel full of monkeys! For most of July and August, we will be traversing the county to show off new parks, big trucks, and old favorites.
If you have been to any of our previous five tours you know that these playdates are your typical picnic in the park and this year will be no different. A million dreams and more will come true as each stop will be a unique and entertaining experience! We have friends and special guests lined up for every event.

In the center ring, you will see our stars: Pediatric Interactions & Therapeutic Links their support has made this year’s tour possible. They offer services together and individually in Speech, Occupational, and developmental Therapies in Grayslake and McHenry with the shared goal of helping kids reach their greatest potential. They will be on site for each event with activities for your kids and staff to talk with parents about the resources they have available and the services they provide.
