I have a confession to make. I don’t know the first thing about steak. I was a vegetarian for 10 years before pregnancy and having kids. And now the only meat I order is from our local farmers. (Now ducking from flying tomatoes…or meat.) But I am married to a “meat-a-tarian,” and sometimes one cannot get between a man (or woman) and their steak. So I polled both my spouse and other local experts to find the best steaks in Lake County.
