Having moved to Lake County after spending several years in the ethnically diverse southern suburbs, we were privvy to some very authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. Thai food has become a favorite for my family. So much so that we bought a cookbook about Thai food and have enjoyed playing with the unique flavors, but sometimes difficult to find ingredients.
We have yet to sample all of Lake county’s Thai cuisine, but thanks to input from our Litttle Lake County readers (You!) and other locals, we have comprised a list of your favorites, and I am now hungry and eager to sample more for myself.

[email protected] is hands down the best thai food in Lake county. It’s small for dining in and close to Great Lakes. It’s a japan’s lady and a Thai lady who run it. I haven’t tried the Japanese Ramen but the thai is authentic, spicy and flavorful.
