When you can’t play outside and the kids are bouncing off the walls, have them bounce off someone else’s walls instead!

Jump America / Gurnee
Kids want a trampoline, and you don’t want to buy one. No fear, Jump America is a large family trampoline entertainment park. While most of their business hours are for older kids, they do have a Tot Time jump on Wednesdays from 10:00 am – 2:00pm.  The tot time is for $8/child per hour aged 3-7 and one parent/caregiver jumps free.  Siblings can join in during the second hour during Summer Hours.  See website for more information.

Monkey Joe’s/ Kenosha, WI
This bounce space offers a mini monkeys zone for children three and under in addition to their regular bounce space. Parents are free to bounce with their kids or hang out in the comfortable lounge area. And they go the extra step of handing out matching wrist bands to everyone so you know your child won’t leave without you. We really appreciate this extra safety precaution and their commitment to cleanliness. Check out our in-depth review of Monkey Joe’s here.

Party Fantasy/ Mundelein
A gem hidden in Mundelein next to the Salvation Army. They have arcade games, go-karting, and about ten inflatables.  Some of the inflatables  are best suited for  toddlers and others are good for all ages including an inflatable obstacle course. They are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but if you go on a Friday morning you will usually have the whole place to yourself.

Pump It Up/ Glenview, Schaumburg or Crystal Lake
Pump It Up offer a tremendous variety of play equipment and lots of toddler toys for little ones who are not ready to jump. Being part of a chain has its perks and this place is incredibly clean and they have birthday parties down to a science.

Bella’s Bouncies Indoors/ Lake Villa
In addition to a good variety of bounce houses, they also have a tube and climbing structure that runs the length of the space. Be sure to get a free balloon and bag of popcorn before you leave. Read about Melissa’s Birthday party experience.

Jump Zone/Buffalo Grove and Volo
Jump Zone  is an indoor inflatable playground and the most popular themes that children love! Jump Zone also has many open play times available to accommodate individual fun with family and friends whether your rewarding your child for a job well done in school or just to promote healthy, fun, exercise activities.

Libertyville Gymnastics Academy / Libertyville
On Sundays from 11:00-12:30, Libertyville Gymnastics Academy opens up their doors to the gym to all. For $10 you can use all of their gymnastics equipment for Open Gym including trampolines. Or you can pay $15 and bounce in the inflatables too.  You do not need to be a member to attend. Children 6 and under need to be accompanied by an adult.

The Blast Zone/ Vernon Hills
Although it’s not strictly an indoor bounce house, this place looks like a lot of fun! The Blast Zone is a family-friendly play and party center that provides a safe, clean, and fun environment for your children.

YU Kids Island / Vernon Hills
Conveniently located inside Westfield Hawthorn Mall, this kids play place is a lot of fun for younger kids. They have one small bounce house which is perfect for toddlers. The only downside is parents are not allowed in it with their children.
