Chicago is known for its specialty pizza, from deep dish to extra thin crust. We hold bragging rights for some of the best in the country. However there is another style of pizza that is becoming increasingly popular and is equally delicious. A pizza baked in a brick oven cooks much faster within the intense heat. The heat makes the crust bubble up, char a little and results in a shorter cooking time. (No 40 minute wait for your pizza!) Here is a list of a few places to find brick oven pizza in Lake County.
