Brick Oven Pizza in Lake County

Chicago is known for its specialty pizza, from deep dish to extra thin crust. We hold bragging rights for some of the best in the country. However there is another style of pizza that is becoming increasingly popular and is equally delicious. A pizza baked in a brick oven cooks much faster within the intense heat. We consider this the Chipotle of pizza in my house. Everyone can get their own personal pizza in a pretty efficient amount of time.
