I don’t consider myself a “car person,” but I honestly do enjoy visiting car shows in the summer. The people are so friendly and ready for a fun conversation. The cars light up my children’s eyes and start many a fun question and answer session.
We are lucky to live near “Park on Park” in Mundelein. We ride our bikes over, grab some ice cream and walk around, taking in the beautiful weather, listening to the festive 50’s music and viewing the ever-changing display of pre-1977 cars. Following is a list of cruise nights and car shows in Lake County so you and your family can start your own traditions.
