I now have years worth of photos that are unprinted. So when I was given the chance to get a Custom Canvas Prints from Easy Canvas Prints I had plenty of photos to chose from. Since I have so many prints of my kids, I decided I wanted to print something that was really about me. I chose a photo of me out on The Ledge at Willis Tower in Chicago. It’s a decent photo of me, but it is a great reminder of the things I have been accomplishing lately.
Once I knew what photo I wanted to use, the rest was seriously a BREEZE! It only took me a couple minutes to get turn our Photos To Canvas ordered. I chose the image wrap option as I had plenty of room around the border to wrap without losing anything. I really like this look for this photo. But you can also chose mirror image or a border color which I think could really make a canvas pop depending on your photo and decor.
I’m not typically a bragger. Ok, well I DO brag about my kids as you can see from the very small portion of my photo gallery of them and their art work in the photo below; but I’m not one to talk up myself much. This print was so great, I decided to display it on my desk at work. I’ll see it regularly to encourage myself that I can do way more than I ever give myself credit for (the thought of going on that ledge would have made me throw up a couple years ago when it was opened). And it has already sparked some conversations with others who’ve seen it.
Mom Tip: If you are a mom of little ones, don’t leave yourself out of the photographic history of your family. No matter how bad you can convince yourself you look today, someone will treasure those photos down the road.
