osed so you and your young ones can explore community service vehicles and meet their friendly drivers. Climb aboard a fire truck, a high-reaching cherry picker, the library’s own Bookmobile, and more.
By popular demand, we’re repeating “QUIET Touch the Trucks.” For the first hour, 10-11 a.m., there will be no sirens, horns, bells, whistles, or buzzers. Those who are scared or bothered by loud noises can enjoy this annual event in peace. Also plan to visit Pumpkin Fest in Cook Park, sponsored by the Junior Woman’s Club of Libertyville and our local Rotary Clubs. Drop In, rain or shine.
