Kids of all ages can celebrate summer by making a paper fan, origami samurai helmet, and more!

Learn about the summer festivals (matsuri) celebrated in Japan……at family-friendly, hands-on stations. Tea tastings will be available to the first 50 participants following the demonstration at 10:30 am. On Sunday, welcome special guest, The Japan Information Center, and try on a replica of traditional Samurai armour. Schedule 10:30 a.m. Tea ceremony demonstration and tasting by members of the Urasenke Chicago Association.
