Science Sleuths lets children become little scientists as they study evidence, make predictions, and test their hypotheses with the guidance of a Museum educator or local professional. Programming takes place approximately every other Wednesday from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.

  • January 15 – January 15, January 29: Melt It!
    Come experiment with different materials and colors to create tunnels and crevices in ice.
  • February 12, February 26: Boating Brigade
    Let’s go sailing! Build and test your own boat. Can you get yours to float and sail?
  • March 11, March 25: Storybook Scientists
    Explore engineering, science and architecture challenges inspired by some of our favorite storybook characters.
