Healthy 4th of July Firecracker Popsicles

Recipes

Can you keep a secret?

These red, white, and blue (ish) popsicles are not only cute, portable, and delicious, but are actually extremely healthy, and made with only natural ingredients.

The best part? The kids will beg for them, and you can have zero guilt about allowing them to have a popsicle…or even two.

This fun treat helps to take away some of the disappointment from that fateful day when we realized that blue raspberry was not an actual fruit at all but a completely unnatural and artificial flavor and color. Those red, white, and blue popsicles you enjoyed all of your childhood? They were not made of any real fruit at all.

These popsicles are perfect for the holiday and completely guilt free.
