Between the snow, frigid temperatures, freezing rain, and mighty wind-gusts, it can become impossible to get outside for a nice walk or jog. If cabin fever is setting in, and you are needed a little non-gym exercise, we have compiled a list of a few indoor walking tracks in Lake County. These tracks are available to the public to use–so get your legs moving.
As I prepare for some spring races, indoor tracks are an essential part of my preparation. None of these facilities requires a membership, but you can certainly get one for a great price and enjoy full use of the facilities.
