Our resident vegan said the most important thing is to remember them and avoid the tofurkey. Getting a few great sides from the above locations, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s would go a long way in making them feel welcome. She also recommends picking up a vegan spread, such as Earth Balance Vegan Butter, and using that in place of butter for your vegetable recipes to make them instantly vegan with little to no extra work.
