It’s been a long winter, and after all the fun we’ve been having on Birthday Express, we think it’s time to relax.  That’s why we’re inviting your family to unwind with us at Blue Sky Yoga in Libertyville.

For our Birthday Express finale, join us for a session of Family Yoga.  Family yoga offers caregivers and children a meaningful way to spend time together in today’s busy world. This kid friendly, play- based practice appeals to the child in all of us.
