Little Lake County Halloween Costume Swap – Hosted by Lambs Farm

With four kids who not only love Halloween but love dress-up and pretend play we have built-up quite a collection of costumes. Of course they never want to wear the costumes we have! Halloween costumes seem to get more extravagant and more expensive every year. For something that they only wear a few times it can be hard to want to spend the money. Then there is the actual costume itself, what if you have the one girl who wants to be Merida this year among all the Elsa’s? Will you be able to find the hot costume from two years ago this year?

Little Lake County is partnering with Lambs Farm to bring you an event that will not only solve the problem of finding a costume but will also be a fun afternoon that gives back to your community!

Halloweeen Costume Swap

Held at Lamb’s Farm Magnolia Cafe this will be a fun afternoon of chatting resale tips and tricks with other moms, enjoying snacks from their awesome bakery sponsored by Here Whee Go Again Kidz Resale. Gather up your old, outgrown, or unwanted costumes that are in good condition (if you wouldn’t pay for it please don’t try to swap it) and swap them out for a new to you costume!

Here is how the event will work; when you arrive you will be checked in and given one ticket for each costume you bring. Costumes will be sorted by size while you mingle, enjoy a snack and have a conversation with some of the best and biggest consignors in our area. they will answer your questions about consigning and how to get the most for your kids outgrown items. We will learn a little more about Lambs Farm and their mission.

During the second hour the real fun will begin! You get to choose your new costume to take home! You will check out with a volunteer by turning in  your ticket. We DO NOT GUARANTEE A SWAP. This event is a fun way to be a little greener and save some money on Halloween costumes, we don’t guarantee that you will find a costume you want or that the one you find will be of equal value to the one you donate.
