Finding wholesome, safe, and tasty treats for a family with dietary restrictions can be an exhausting endeavor. I know firsthand how simple shopping trips turn into major reading sessions as I pore over food labels and double-check ingredient lists. Even when I am super careful, I sometimes come home with a snack or treat that not everyone can enjoy. Or worse yet—I find something that sounds delicious and meets my family’s ingredient criteria, but no one in the house likes it.

Surf Sweets Review – Allergy-Friendly Treats
Surf Sweets understands and values the importance of providing wholesome, delicious, additive-free treats that are also free of the Top 10 Food Allergens. And the products taste delicious. This really sounds too good to be true. But it IS true: Surf Sweets are made and packaged in a facility free of the ten most common food allergens, including dairy/casein, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame, and sulfites.
Surf Sweets are also certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. All Surf Sweet products are made without wheat and manufactured in a facility that is free of wheat. This means the candy is okay to eat by those with celiac disease or people who follow a gluten-free diet.
But really, these sweet treats are perfect for anyone who wants to serve their family sweets that contain real food ingredients and are not laden with artificial colors or flavors or high fructose corn syrup. My children and I recently sampled the gummy bears and jelly beans, and we all loved them. They were so good that I had to hide a few packages in the glove box of my minivan so that we would have a few left to do a second round of tastings. Sadly, they were all gone by the time my husband arrived home from work.
Both of my children think Surf Sweets are delicious and that the products taste as good, if not better, than conventional candy. The fruit flavors of the jelly beans are outstanding. Even adults think so.
The Surf Sweets Organic Jelly Beans taste like fruit instead of crystallized sugar

The gummy bears are equally as delicious, with a nice, soft texture. I will definitely buy these candies to have on hand at home and to serve when other children visit. It is really nice to have a product that is both organic and safe for many children with allergies, that is readily available in the grocery store.

Surf Sweets are also perfect for classroom parties, as they are completely nut-free, gluten-free, and do not contain any of the most common food allergens. I would not hesitate to add Surf Sweets to party treat bags or use them in holiday stockings or treat baskets. They are also a nice option for the occasional after-school treat or stashing in the travel bag for long trips.
