Chef and Owner Claude Bouteilla has taken his award winning restaurant on the road to farmer’s markets near and far. You can find his tasty treat truck at the Lake Zurich, Grayslake, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, and Mundelein farmers markets,  and you can enjoy fare from their booth at the Libertyville farmer’s market.

Claude told me that their mobile trucks always serve their mouth watering crepes made piping hot and filled with sugar, homemade jam, Nutella, and more. As far as what else is on the menu, he replied, “Whatever is in season!” From roasted corn to tamales, the chefs at Taste of Paris enjoy expanding their cultural borders and cooking from the local bounty. Chef Claude says, “I love walking through the Farmer’s Market and choosing vegetables and herbs for a delicious ratatouille.” Even more so, Claude loves to show his customers how easy and satisfying cooking with fresh, local flavors can be.

And, if you plan ahead, Taste of Paris could even come to you! The flavors of France can be catered to your door for your next big event. Amaze your friends with the most authentic dishes this side of the Seine. I know, firsthand, that the pastries are out of this world. And, based on the season and date, you can also hire their food truck to come to your next event. Now wouldn’t that make your block party  spectacular?
