kiteIn honor of “National Kite Month” the Great Lakes Naval Museum is holding their monthly children’s event geared towards school-aged children on Saturday April 5, 2014 from 1:00-3:00pm.  This FREE event will be open to the public, however, children must be accompanied by an adult.  Using simple household goods, children and parents will learn to build and assemble a kite.  All supplies will be available from the museum staff.Great Lakes Naval Museum
