Playground Profile: Trevor Creek Park {Antioch}

Sometimes a quick trip to a quiet, neighborhood park is just what you need to round out your day with the kids. Trevor Creek Park in Antioch is the perfect spot to duck in for a bit of play time. Located on the far north side of Antioch off of Trevor Road, this park is a hidden gem.

The playground is situated in a large open field with lots of open space to run. With the exception of the small gazebo that houses two picnic tables, there is no shade at the park. There is also a baseball diamond on the grounds. In the evenings and on some weekends, sports teams practice at the fields. There is no bathroom on the premises, so plan accordingly.

Trevor Creek Park is good for all ages and abilities. Here you will find an accessible swing, a ramp from the sidewalk to playground area for a wheelchair or stroller, and plenty of swings. There are three different slides, and the play structure is mostly enclosed at the top. Lots of different climbing features will make your little monkeys very happy, including a climbing wall.
