The show keeps rolling, step right up to Hunt Club Park in Gurnee for the next stop on The Greatest Summer Playground Tour. We’re partnering with their Neighborhood Nights to show off what the Gurnee Park District has to offer their friends and neighbors.

The Greatest Summer Stop #3
Wednesday, July 31, 2019 – 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Hunt Club Park, 900 N. Hunt Club Rd., Gurnee IL
Gurnee Park District Neighborhood Nights show off family fin that’s close to home. Wednesday’s event will set up near the main shelter at the Hunt Club fields located near the pond and west of the Aquatic Center (just look for the LLC Signs!).
The Park District will have games, sports, crafts, and organized play in the park for families and children ages 4-10.
What’s a carnival without prizes? One randomly selected registered ticket holder will take home a new Phlat Ball from Goliath Sports.
A Phlat what? It’s a ball that’s also a disc providing for endless summer fun that will keep your kids moving. We will have plenty on hand for you to try out and play with as well!
Everyone knows that the best part of the circus is the snacks! Forget the cotton candy and popcorn this is 2019 and we’re bringing the healthy snack that’s just as fun to eat! Our friends from GoGo Squeez will be on hand sharing their healthy and delicious snack pouches perfect for curbing those pre-bedtime munchies.
Of course, the stars of the show are Pediatric Interactions & Therapeutic Links their support has made this year’s tour possible. They offer services together and individually in Speech, Occupational, and developmental Therapies in Grayslake and McHenry with the shared goal of helping kids reach their greatest potential. They will be on-site for each event with activities for your kids and staff to talk with parents about the resources they have available and the services they provide.

- Our summer playground playdates are very popular events, please only register if you plan to attend and cancel if your plans change. No-shows prevent other families from attending.
- Please have a printed copy of your ticket or have it pulled up on your phone when you walk in. All attendees must register with a valid email address.
- Email addresses are shared with event sponsors.
- Please do not arrive early to allow our sponsors time to set-up. Check-in begins at 6:00 p.m.
