No other performance so perfectly captures the magic and spectacle of the holiday season quite like The Nutcracker. There’s no need to drag your brood into the city for this fairy tale experience, Lake County has it’s own mesmerizing annual performance produced by Dancenter North at Genesee Theatre on Saturday, December 13, 2014.

“The Magic of the Nutcracker” is the largest and most lavish version of the classic holiday ballet in Lake County! Clara’s dream is brought to life by over one hundred performers, including internationally renowned guest artists. For over 20 years, Dancenter North’s “Nutcracker” has been Lake County’s favorite version of the classic holiday ballet.

Two showtimes are available at 1:00 pm and again at 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 13th.  Tickets are available NOW at the Genesee Theatre Box Office, 203 N. Genesee Street in Waukegan (Tu-Fri, 12noon-6pm.)  You can order tickets online, charge by phone by calling Ticketmaster at 800-982-2787, or visit any Ticketmaster outlets.  Service charges may apply for tickets purchased outside the Genesee Theatre Box Office.
