Virtual Fitness by LOCAL Instructors

Fitness

Working out at home is not new, it’s been big business for years. As everyone now finds themselves sheltering in place regular gym users and those that want to change up their routines are looking for home workouts. While there are plenty of options that are highly produced and been running their empire for years I want to encourage you to support your local instructors and try their virtual offerings. The truth is that those home-based systems and programs are empires and have the ability to weather this storm, your local instructors need your support now.
