Yoga Classes for Kids in Lake County

With all of our crazy, jam-packed schedules of taking our child to preschool, swim lessons, gymnastics, and play dates, sometimes we just need time to do nothing but breathe.  Yoga has become a very popular form of this much needed relaxation time among adults.  However, most people haven’t thought about introducing their children (or even babies) to the practice of yoga as well.  Our children can receive the same benefits as we do, because sometimes they just need a break too. Many yoga studios are realizing that kids can benefit from these classes. Several studios in Lake County hold special mommy and me classes or kids classes. I have rounded up a list of them in the area.
